How to Order:
Please fill in the order form completely.  Then you may either submit via
the internet or print out the form & Fax it to U.S. at (352)468-2164
(This is a dedicated 24 hour Fax line) or mail it, along with either a 50%

Credit  card Telephone orders are accepted Mon - Fri  9am-3pm est.  Call U.S. at (352)468-2203.    A confirmation of your order will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.   Please Check your receipt for any mistakes or correction that may need to be made.   Corrections must be made with in 14 days of placing your order.  We will ship the parts on the receipt! So read it carefully!  If you have a balance due this will show on the bottom of your receipt.....this should be submitted prior to shipping. (Error due to customers
lack of validation of invoice/receipt are subject to our return policies.)    If we do not
receive it in time we will contact you.  If the deposit was made on a credit card the balance will automatically  be charged when the order is ready, unless we are directed to do otherwise. (Florida residents please make sure to remit 7% sales tax.)

PAYMENT:
We gladly accept MASTERCARD / VISA & NOVUS  credit cards as well as check or money orders in U.S. FUNDS.  Personal & Company checks will require up to 15 banking days to clear and will not be accepted on "Pick Ups" or "Walk In" orders.  DO NOT SEND CASH.   Sorry NO C.O.D's or Wire Transfers.

FOREIGN ORDERS:  (Any order outside the U.S.)
We do not accept foreign orders.  We only  sell and ship our products within the United States.

DELIVERY TIME:
The average delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the item and season.  Foreign orders should allow and additional 2 weeks.  Occasionally certain parts will be in greater demand, so with this in mind may we suggest that if you are in a hurry, please call us for availability BEFORE ordering.

NOTE:  Our molds must be kept in Good condition for our parts to fit properly... be aware that when a mold is pulled for maintenance/repairs or cleaning, it may take additional time for the mold to be returned to service.  On occasion during these routine cleaning/repairs a mold may be found to be no longer useable and may be discontinued.  If this occurs you will be refunded in full & notified.


SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We ship via the most economical and efficient carriers.   Most items ship Truck Freight.  ALL ORDERS SHIP FREIGHT COLLECT. (Prepayment is NOT an option).  Please note that all freight companies charge and additional fee to deliver to a residence.  To avoid these charges you may elect to provide us with a business address we can ship your order to.   If no one is at the designated shipping location at the time of delivery - be aware the the freight company may charge an additional fee for redelivery.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
Any customer refusing a shipment will be liable for the freight charges in both directions.   The exception to this is if the shipment is damaged upon receipt.  Refusals due to damage must be noted on the freight bill & signed by both the customer and driver of the freight company.

DAMAGED FREIGHT:
All merchandise is inspected prior to leaving U.S.  It is the carriers responsibility to deliver the merchandise in the same condition it was pick up in.  Although damage seldom occurs, should this happen, YOU MUST be sure that the delivery ticket is marked DAMAGED.  If the damage is severe you can refuse the shipment and let the carrier contact us for disposition.  (You may want to call us and report the extent of the damage.) However, if the product is only mildly damaged (chipped, scratched, bumped) contact the carriers claim department - get a claims form - file for repairs. DAMAGED PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE once the shipment has been signed for and accepted. (No exceptions!)

CANCELLATIONS:
Most orders can be canceled at any time up to the shipping date for a full refund.  Any order canceled after an item has shipped will be subject to   all freight charges incurred.  Note: ALL light weight  Truck components, bedsides, door skins & special MADE TO SPEC orders are NONRETURNABLE, NONCANCELABLE.

RETURNS:
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipping  & with the approval of U.S. Body Source.  Please contact us for a return authorization number - which must appear on the outside of the box being returned.   All shipments approved for return must be freight Prepaid.  (Any Shipment being returned collect will be refused.)  All return shipments must have a copy of the original invoice attached.  All parts being returned must be unused and in original condition (not sanded/primed/drilled or painted etc...)& in the original shipping container.  Refunds will be issued the day the product is received in by our receiving department. FREIGHT CHARGES & CRATING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

GUARANTEE/LIABILITY:
Our merchandise is guaranteed to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship, for 30 days or we will replace or refund the purchase price (excluding freight charges) at our option, any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection and approval.

All U.S. BODY SOURCE products are hand made. With this in mind, you must understand we try to do our absolute best in finishing the product, where as most qualified professionals can prep and paint.   However, all edges are finished with 40 grit and the surface is gellcoated with a sandable type of gellcoat, which is excellent for superior paint adhesion.  The products require: alignment, sanding, priming, blocking & possibly some filling of low spots, in addition on complex parts, mold seams must be removed.  In short,  the parts do not come ready to install, prepped & painted the OEM color of your vehicle with matching pin stripes.

Knowing that the parts are hand made, bumps, nicks, scratches, thin gellcoat, air pockets etc....though not common or intentional, may appear on the product either immediately or as much as a year or more later.  We will not warranty our products against these types of problems.  In realizing our products are made of reinforced fiberglass, which is not as rigid or as stable as steel, short or long term changes may occur on the finish of the product.  Although we use superior type resins, costing 50-60% more than general purpose resins (which have significant post cure problems) the afore mentioned problems may still occur and refinishing may be required at the customers expense.  All though fiberglass will not rust there is an unwarranted possibility of cracking, chipping or delaminating.

All parts must be fitted immediately, within the 30 day return period.  There will be no returns or exchanges 30 from the shipping date of the product.

All products must be professionally installed by certified installers, whom will assume all liability, responsibilities and risks involved with the use and installation of these products.

The proper fastening devices to hold the parts secure will solely be determined by the installer.

Caution: FLAMMABLE & HAZARDOUS
Fiberglass may be deadly when burned.  Proper safety equipment must be worn when sanding or cutting fiberglass.

Caution:
Panels may buckle, detach, disintegrate or delaminate and any speed.

Hinging and latching areas on parts such as hoods, doors, decks, etc... are for show purposes only and are not guaranteed to hold any product firm to the vehicle at any speed.   USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO SAFETY FEATURE IS INTENDED OR IMPLIED.

Due to the characteristics of fiberglass itself - correct fit of all U.S. BODY SOURCE parts is only guaranteed for 30 days from the ship date.  We assume no responsibility for fit or finish after that time.  (FIT YOUR PARTS IMMEDIATELY) We also take no responsibility for products stored or warehoused for more than 30 days.  Improper or seemingly proper storage of a fiberglass part may cause it to change shape.  Fiberglass is not as rigid as steel and may change shape on its own.

In regards to safety of fiberglass bodies, cabs, beds or any other part produced by U.S. BODY SOURCE - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO SAFETY FEATURE IS STATED, INTENDED OR IMPLIED.

U.S. BODY SOURCE will not be held liable for personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any product we sell or manufacture.  The user/installer shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use.  The user/installer shall assume all responsibility and risk connected here with. 

Please note:  All possible safety equipment is required before using any U.S. BODY SOURCE product.  Professionally built and certified frame, roll & crash bars in addition to fire suite, full harness, helmet, fire extinguishing system, hood pins, air bags etc....including all safety equipment required by state & federal laws.  CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL DOT.
